November 2016 // Cozumel
For the first time in 6 years, there wasn't a Kramer in college during football season. Instead of celebrating OU Dad's Day on campus, we went to Cozumel! If only we kept this tradition alive...

Dad's ideal day was cramming in as many activities as possible. KJ and I preferred to do nothing but lay on the beach and soak up the sun.

Been There Done That: 
Rent a jeep & explore the island
Take a ferry to Playa del Carmen
Grab drinks at Coconuts (dad has been there 3+ times)

Book a snorkeling adventure 

Not Pictured: the tropical resort where we stayed. Dad had been there before so he was our expert navigator. However, he is not an expert at speaking Spanish or snorkeling (see pic of him clinging to the orange life preserver). 

Also Not Pictured: Lee, the friend dad made in Playa del Carmen. Lee is the British version of my dad. AKA wild. They took tequila shot after tequila shot. It was great though... Dad was entertained and the next day, all he wanted to do was lay on the beach. KJ and I joke that it was the best thing that could have happened on that trip.
