I know I said I'm not sure how we made it to the airport in my previous Getaway post, but I'm actually not sure how we made this flight. KJ and I overslept by a lot, like we woke up 5 minutes before the plane was supposed to board. Luckily, we were flying out of Love Field, which is close to my apartment, so we made it!

This is one of my all-time favorite weekends. We stayed with our lifelong bestie, Chandler. We laughed and sipped our way through LA, listening to Strawberry Champagne  (aka That's What I Like) by Bruno Mars.

Our first night there, the security guard at Chan's apartment helped us call and order pizza. The next night, we had our Uber driver take us through the In-N-Out drive-thru and bought her a burger. We had some finer meals too. See below!
