Sunsets + Fireworks: as always, God’s cotton candy skies and Sam’s firework show were impressive.

Gang's All Here: lots of love and laughter with these folks.

RIP Cottage: we stayed in a different cottage this year. We were on the “big beach”, which was fabulous. The view was topnotch. After dinner one evening, we drove by the old cottage - the only place I've ever stayed in Michigan. The house was GONE! We were in complete disbelief.

Dune Buggy Buddies: spent the afternoon eating sand with this cousin crew.

Funcle Sam & Aunt Ken: Sam insists that the big kids put him on their Snapchat stories. Ha! Jack really enjoyed himself this year. He can finally wear the swim shoes we bought him when he was just months old.

Quality Cousin Time: lots of old school toys and fun in Michigan. They were so proud of their bridge until Sam thought I could fit under it. Spoiler alert: I couldn’t. The whole thing crashed down.
