I had never met Adam or Shannon. Sam had been to Adam's bachelor party in May in NOLA. Before that, Sam had never met any of Adam's friends. Nobody else really knew each other either, and they all left best friends.

Been There Done That:

Legal Sea Foods: Sam and I grabbed drinks in the harbor before heading to the suburbs. We sat on the patio and wrote postcards to my mom, mimi and papa. 

Cocktails: Adam and Shannon invited everyone to have drinks on Friday evening.

Wedding: the wedding was in their backyard. Like I said, best wedding ever. It was tastefully casual. When we arrived, the bar was open, and they had snacks on their patio. The ceremony lasted 5 minutes, and the BBQ dinner was ready. After that, we danced to a live band. They had different flavored ice cream cakes as their wedding cake. Later in the evening, they served late-night bites.
