Highlight of the Month: BABY [Patrick & Erica] DODGE IS HERE! We think Jack is just about the cutest thing we’ve ever seen. We celebrated his arrival with birthday cake for breakfast. He’s the star of our weekly calls.
Triple N Ranch Winery: they literally built a winery in our neighborhood. It’s less than a mile from the lake house. I mean could life get any better?! Ha! KJ came down for Labor Day weekend, and we spent the afternoon wine tasting.
Fun in the Sun: we spent plenty of time on the water over the long weekend too.
If You Teach a Man to Fish: well, now that Tiki Hut is closed for the season, Sam has turned to catching our dinner himself. We eat fish just about every night, but we do miss our weekly trip to get mozzarella sticks and fried shrimp! Our last meal and marg of the season are featured above.
Jackson Wedding: such a fun weekend celebrating Kristen and John! My heart was so happy to have my mom and KJ in town for a couple of days.
Fall means Football: for the second year in a row, I’m completely devastated and dumbfounded by the OU / Kansas State game! We let them beat us AGAIN. Sam is quiet until the game is over then he’s absolutely ruthless.
