Here's to the last official day of summer! Per usual, I'm sad to say bye to my favorite season. We had a great run though!

Wedding Prep: I blame the wedding for making this summer fly by! 

VIPs: when our favorite people arrived, all the wedding prep was worth it! 

Still in Shock: I still cannot believe I got stitches the day after my wedding!!! PSA: glass flower vases are very sharp. Kristen saved the day! She found an urgent care for us and met me there so Sam could catch his flight then she held my hand while the doctor stitched me up. TY, Krissy!!! We ended the eventful day sipping margs with Sam's New York fam at the hotel. Ha!

Long Live Long Weekends: we had so much fun celebrating Memorial Day & 4th of July with our besties.

Sugar, Yes Please: we were supposed to kick off our 2020 wedding weekend with Maroon 5. Over a year later, Adam did not disappoint. 

#SamDiego // #SDinSD: Sam finally got the bachelor party of his dreams. A shoutout during their boat cruise made his weekend. Jack arranged for a tour guide to thank Ramirez and Sam for their service. Sam was brought to tears. It should also be noted that 3 of the 12 guys were redheads. They're convinced that's a record.  

Car Probs: my car is now home safe and sound, but she spent a solid 6 weeks being repaired after a fender bender on my way home from work. The real heartbreak though is that we said goodbye to our beloved SRT. After 5 years and 125k miles, it was time. I don't know that we'll ever love another car as much as the SRT, but Sam is now on his third Jeep Grand Cherokee. Ha!

12th Birthday Boys Weekend: Charlie requested in February to spend his birthday at Funcle Sam's. He got a full weekend of fishing, skiing and sea doo-ing!  

Lake Rats: we swapped our Lily Pad for a Solstice Floating Dock. The new neighbors approve! And Sam and I are thrilled to not have to store that gigantic thing.
